What’s one piece of advice you wish you had when you were an undergraduate student?

College is the safest place you can fail. Take chances and don’t shy away from risks or trying new academic or extracurricular pursuits. Setbacks and struggles create meaningful learning experiences. And time management is everything

Favorite quote?

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Define fun and what does that look like to you?

A day filled with hiking, yoga, competitive games, museum or bookstore visits and good meals.
