What’s one piece of advice you wish you had when you were an undergraduate student?
One piece of advice I wish I was given as an undergraduate student was to take time each day to do something for myself. Academic life can be overwhelming at times! It’s important to not only engage in the classroom, but to take breaks from school work and engage outside of the classroom. Take time to do things you enjoy like, spending time with friends, hitting up campus activities, joining a club, and exploring beautiful southern Utah. Leave here not only with a degree but also with lasting memories!

Define fun and what does that look like to you?
Fun is what makes life worth living. A fun day for me includes spending time with friends and family, great food, outdoor activities, sports, and something to give me an adrenaline rush.
