Academic Advisement

What’s one piece of advice you wish you had when you were an undergraduate student?

Don’t try to do college on your own, find the resources you need and ask for help. Don’t take for granted the time you have in school and try new things. Then notice the new opportunities given to you and take advantage. Don’t let one rough semester or class ruin it for you. Sometimes the best learning comes from the things that don’t go exactly as planned.

Define fun and what does that look like to you?

Warm beach days. Summer thunderstorms in the mountains. Laughing with family and friends and playing with my doggos.
